Location

We have two separate offices in the North Coast Health Center at 477 North El Camino Real.  Please make sure when you hear confirmations for your pre-booked appointments on your answering machine, you listen to see which office you are in for your appointment.  When making your appointments, make sure you know which office your visit is scheduled in.

Our Main Office is in the 'B' building, next door to the North Coast Pharmacy. It has its own separate entrance that faces the main road of El Camino Real. This is the office open for evening hours and for Saturday and Sunday visits. 

Please address all mail here and pick up and drop off all forms at the Main Office address only.

Weight checks and walk-in shots should be done in this office.

Our Satellite Office is located in the "C" building in the back of the North Coast Health Center complex.  There is a parking lot at the rear of the complex and the access to this office has its own separate door. This office is usually open Monday through Friday and all the physicians will rotate through here on a varying schedule.
